How do presales work?

Presales give fans with codes the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, the codes don’t guarantee tickets.

Presale codes are always entered before you choose your tickets. Look for the Offer Code box or link on your event to enter your presale code.

How many tickets can I buy for Coldplay?

 There is a strict limit of four (4) tickets per customer for the presale.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

What are ticket prices for Coldplay?

Ticket prices range from $99.90 - $249.90

*Additional fees, levies and charges will apply. These vary by venue.

How do I purchase Accessible Seating tickets for Coldplay?

Accessible seats (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line : 09 970 9711. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Delivery

All Coldplay tickets are digital, and can only be accessed via the Ticketmaster App or Ticketmaster.co.nz on a mobile browser – there will be no printed tickets.

Delivery Delay

Coldplay’s tickets have a delivery delay — the period of time between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk. The delay will be lifted closer to event date.

If your order has a delivery delay, the tickets won’t be shipped and mobile ticket barcodes won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.

Resale

A small portion of tickets will be allocated to In Demand Tickets which are tickets to Coldplay in some of the most sought-after areas of each of the venues. Please Note – Ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand.

 In Demand tickets are made available by artists and event organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to the most sought-after areas in the venue at market-driven prices (adjusting prices according to supply and demand). In Demand tickets are ticket-only purchases, and prices are subject to change at any time.
