KISS at Spark Arena on 3rd December 2019 has been cancelled.
Due to a bad case of Influenza, doctors have advised Paul Stanley to rest for the next few days and not undertake the long trip from Los Angeles to Perth on the 12th of November. The Perth concert has now been rescheduled from the beginning to the end of the Australian tour and will now take place on Tuesday, 3 December.
After the Australian dates, KISS depart immediately for a Japanese tour. Therefore, the show originally on 3 December at Spark Arena, Auckland cannot be rescheduled and will unfortunately be cancelled.
KISS sincerely apologises to fans. The Auckland date will be re-planned for a later stage of the ‘End Of The Road’ World Tour.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND? – Please read this carefully so that we can get your money back to you as quickly as possible.
If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded automatically on Wednesday, 13 November. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
We will contact those whose refunds were unsuccessful for more information. Please do not contact us prior to this as it will only slow down the refund process.
My credit card has changed, what do I do?
If the purchase credit card has changed, or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team by clicking HERE to request a refund to your bank account as we cannot refund to a different card. Please complete the EFT Request Form with your bank details and upload it along with a scan of your valid photo ID.
Please remember to include your order number – we will only be able to action requests received from the account/credit card holder.
My credit card has a new expiry date, what now?
If it’s only the expiry date that’s changed, please provide the new expiry date by clicking here so we can proceed with your refund.
What if I purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet?
You’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. If your card has changed, please contact us here.
