Log in to your My Ticketmaster account. Under "My Account" on the right hand side of the screen select "Edit Profile" You will be able to change your e-mail address, password, and adjust your home postcode, which will set your e-mail preferences to that region. Any amendments to your details can take up to 48 hours to take effect.
