A Ticketmaster account number, also known as the booking, order, reference or confirmation number, allows Ticketmaster and venue staff to find all the details attached to your booking. The number is typically one or two digits followed by a dash and another five digits, there may also be a three letter suffix attached (e.g. 12-34567 or 1-23456/NZL).
You will always receive a Ticketmaster account number at the conclusion of a booking over the phone or internet. You are provided a unique booking number each time you make a purchase.
Please make sure you have your account number when -
- making enquiries about an existing booking including event, seating location or address details
- collecting tickets at the selected Ticketmaster outlet or at the venue.
Please note that the credit card holder is the only person who can make enquiries about an existing booking or collect tickets.
