Postcodes are now compulsory when making Ticket Purchases with Ticketmaster either online or over the phone. Your postcode will now be required before you can finalise your transaction.
You'll need to update your billing information by:
1. Signing into your MyTicketmaster Account
2. Click Edit Billing Information
3. Save so the information is stored for future purchases.
