Frontier Touring wishes to advise that MARC REBILLET’s show will now take place on Saturday 22nd January 2022 (previously scheduled to take place on Saturday 23rd January 2021) at The Powerstation, Auckland. This rescheduling is due to the continued COVID-19 situation and the subsequent uncertainty surrounding venue capacities and travel restrictions to Australia and New Zealand.
All existing ticketholders need not take action: original purchases are valid for entry at the rescheduled show date and fans are encouraged to #KeepYourTicket and attend the rescheduled January 2022 show.
Frontier Touring and Marc Rebillet sincerely apologise to any ticketholders affected by the rescheduling and thank fans for their understanding and support in these unprecedented circumstances.

If you require a refund, please follow the steps below. When submitting your request, it's imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.

If the card used to make the purchase has changed, please make sure you select the correct option from the list and attach the right form.
If you have purchased your tickets with Cash or EFTPOS from a Box Office or Outlet you will need to select "Other"
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed, you only need to provide the new expiry, to do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT form.
Subject: (This is very important)
If you require a refund for all the tickets in your order please use the subject: Full Refund and the Event Name
If part of your group is still attending please use the subject: Partial Refund and the Event Name
Booking Reference:
You must supply your booking reference in this format 12-34567 (no other characters) if you have multiple orders please split these with a forward slash /
Event Name:
Select your Event Name from the drop-down menu. If your Event Name is not there, select 'Other' and add your Event Name
Ticket Forward:
Please note that if you received tickets via Ticket Forward only the original purchaser/sender is to contact us as only they can receive a refund - if you are the receiver do not submit a request.
Select: 'Yes' if you are the Original Account holder and have forwarded tickets to another person - please be sure to specify whether you would like a refund for any of the tickets that have been forwarded.
Select: 'No' If you did not use Ticket Forward.
Question:
If you would like a partial refund of your order refunded and you have used the subject “Partial Refund” please quote which seat/s you want to have cancelled and refunded.
