We regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with Auckland Live’s Morning Melodies concert with RNZAF Base Auckland Brass, or the pre-concert sing-along with Georgia Duder-Wood, on Monday 31 August at the Bruce Mason Centre due to Auckland being in Covid-19 Alert Level 2 at this time.
We look forward to bringing these monthly feel-good concerts back to the Bruce Mason Centre later this year, with the next concert, A Morning with the Caitlin Smith Trio, scheduled for Monday 12 October.
How do I get my refund?
Individual ticket holders
For individual ticket holders booked to attend this performance, refunds will be processed automatically – you do not need to contact us. If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded automatically. The refund process can take up to 10 days. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions.
Season Pass holders
We look forward to seeing you at the next concert. If you would like a refund you can get one on your season pass from the Bruce Mason Centre Box Office, however please note the Bruce Mason Centre and Box Office are currently closed. Please check the Auckland Live website at a later date for updated opening hours.
Alternatively, you can complete a Bank Account Refund Request through Ticketmaster on this link. Please make sure you select the topic ‘Cancelled/Altered Event’, select Refund to Bank Account and fill in the Bank Account Refund Request Form
If the credit card used to make this booking has changed, or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team here and follow the instructions carefully. You do not need to contact us if your card remains valid.
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed you only need to provide the new expiry, to do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT Form.
