The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that due to Covid restrictions, the China Crisis tour date at San Fran in November has now been rescheduled to Friday 2nd July 2021 at 7pm.
Your tickets remain valid and you don’t need to do anything else.
China Crisis send their well wishes and look forward to seeing you soon!
Can’t make it? We’re sorry to hear that.
If you can’t make it to the new date, you may submit a refund request by the 14th of August 2020.
How do I get my refund?
If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded automatically. The refund process can take up to 5 days. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
If the credit card used to make this booking has changed, or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team requesting a refund with your bank account details. Please remember to include your order number in your request.
*If your original card has a new expiry date, please provide the new expiry.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and card that was used to make the booking for your refund.
Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
We encourage that if you can, #keepyourticket and keep the industry alive. By not requesting a refund and holding onto your ticket for the future date, you will not only be supporting the artists, but the wider industry of venues, agents, managers, promoters, hospitality workers and so many more who work tirelessly behind the scenes on the events that bring so much joy to all of our lives, and whose livelihoods depend on the industry.
