The new date will be Monday, 26th July 2021 at 8:00pm.

We hope that you’re doing well and keeping safe and healthy while in isolation. Once again, we’d like to thank you all for the patience, support and loyalty that you’ve shown us during this time, we’re still blown away. Your support means the world to us as well as the artists and venues we work with.
Our highest priority at the moment is the health and safety of everyone involved in our events from the venue staff scanning your tickets, to the hard working tech crew who make the magic happen behind the scenes, to the drag artistes themselves and of course you, our beloved ITD fam. We’ve been monitoring the COVID-19 situation, listening to government advice and working with management while we come to a decision about this tour.
We’re happy to announce that we have been able to confirm new dates for The World Premiere of Trixie & Katya Live - The UNHhhh tour in July 2021, in exactly the same venues which means you'll keep your seating assignment. This is by far the biggest tour in Drag Race Herstory so we'd strongly encourage you to keep hold of your tickets when it rolls around it will be EPIC!

If the card used to make the purchase has changed, please make sure you select the correct option from the list and attach the right form.
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed you only need to provide the new expiry, to do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT Form.
Subject: (This is very important)
If you require a refund for all the tickets in your order please use the subject: Full Refund and the Event Name
If part of your group is still attending please use the subject: Partial Refund and the Event Name
Booking Reference:
You must supply your booking reference in this format 12-34567 (no other characters) if you have multiple orders please split these with a forward slash /
Event Name:
Select your Event Name from the drop down menu. If your Event Name is not there, select 'Other' and add your Event Name
Ticket Forward:
Please note that if you received tickets via Ticket Forward only the original purchaser/sender is to contact us as only they can receive a refund - if you are the receiver do not submit a request.
Select: 'Yes' if you are the Original Account holder and have forwarded tickets to another person
Select: 'No' If you did not use Ticket Forward.
