Due to ongoing restrictions, Backstreet Boys at Spark Arena on the 28th April 2021 has been rescheduled.
The event will now take place on Saturday 19th March 2022 at 6:30 pm.
Your current tickets are still valid for the new date, however if you can no longer attend on the rescheduled date you can request a refund.
One of the best-selling acts of all time, the BACKSTREET BOYS have announced the Australia and New Zealand legs of their DNA World Tour has been forced to be rescheduled to March 2022 due to ongoing restrictions as a result of COVID 19.
AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and Kevin Richardson have been enthralling fans for more than 25 years in a message to their Australian and New Zealand fans said;
“We can’t wait to visit you all down under. We were hoping to have better news, however it doesn’t seem it is going to be possible for us to go back out on the road just yet. The Backstreet Boys will be back in Australia and New Zealand in 2022. Those of you who already have tickets, please hang on to those tickets as they will be valid for the new dates. We can’t wait to get back to doing what we love and that’s performing for you. We miss you, we look forward to getting back out on the road, getting back out on that stage and interacting with the fans each night. We can’t wait to bring back the Backstreet Boys experience to you soon. We Miss you all, we love you all and we will see you very soon. We hope everyone is well, be well. Peace and Love xx"
All tickets remain valid for the rescheduled shows without the need for exchange. Patrons unable to attend the new dates can obtain a full refund from the point of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm, 31 March 2021. For any questions relating to your ticket purchase, please contact your original point of purchase.

- If the debit/credit card used to make the purchase has changed, please make sure you select the correct option from the list and attach the right form.
- If you have purchased your tickets with Cash or EFTPOS from a Ticketmaster Box Office/Outlet you will need to select "Other"
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed, you only need to provide the new expiry. To do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT Form.
Subject: (This is very important)
If you require a refund for all the tickets in your order please use the subject: Full Refund and the Event Name
If part of your group is still attending please use the subject: Partial Refund and the Event Name
Booking Reference:
You must supply your booking reference in this format 12-34567 (no other characters) if you have multiple orders please split these with a forward slash (/)
Event Name:
Select your Event Name from the drop down menu. If your Event Name is not there, select 'Other' and add your Event Name manually.
Ticket Forward:
Please do not submit a request if you received tickets via Ticket Forward - only the original purchaser/sender is to contact us as only they can receive a refund - if you are the receiver do not submit a request.
Select: 'Yes' if you are the Original Account holder and have forwarded tickets to another person - please be sure to specify whether you would like a refund for any/all of the tickets that have been forwarded.
Select: 'No' If you did not use Ticket Forward.
