Bravo Amici at Dunedin Town Hall for 12th May, 2020 has been rescheduled. The new date is 25th of May 2021.
“You were previously informed that the Bravo Amici tour of New Zealand scheduled for this month in time for Mother’s Day was being rescheduled due to the ongoing global situation regarding the COVID-19 virus and the restrictions imposed by the New Zealand Government making it unable to proceed, and that new dates would follow as soon as possible. Pacific Entertainment and Bravo Amici are now pleased to advise the rescheduled date for this event is Tuesday, 25 May 2021.
Bravo Amici values the support and appreciation you have shown them through the purchase of your ticket that remains valid for the rescheduled date. Bravo Amici hope that you will continue that support through to their Mother’s Day tour next year. However, for those ticket holders who can no longer attend the rescheduled date and require a refund, we recommend that you seek this before 20 June 2020.”
How do I get my refund?
If you can’t make the new date and require a refund please contact our customer service team by submitting a request.
The refund process can take up to 10 days. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
If the credit card used to make this booking has changed, or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team and follow the instructions on the form carefully.
If your original card has a new expiry date, you only need to provide the new expiry.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and card that was used to make the booking for your refund. Alternatively, you can also follow the instructions above and have your refund sent to your nominated bank account.
