We regret to advise that a burst water main in Wellesley Street has affected the water supply to The Civic today. This means that there is no supply for patron facilities and fire protection systems.
Unfortunately, this means that we have had to cancel tonight’s performance of Chicago (Friday 31 August) 7:30pm at The Civic.
Watercare is currently working to fix the issue.
Please note: both performances tomorrow (Saturday 1 September) at 2.30pm and 7.30pm will go ahead as normal.
Can I exchange?
If you would like to exchange to another show please contact us by through the "Submit a request" link above before 5pm Monday 3rd September, please include your order number in your request.
Can I get a refund?
If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded automatically. The refund process can take up to 5 days. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
If the credit card used to make this has changed, your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team using the "Submit a request" link above requesting a refund with your bank account details. Please remember to include your order number in your request.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking.
