Blue Planet II Live in Concert at Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre that was scheduled for Wednesday 22nd July 2020.
This event has now been rescheduled to Friday 9th April 2021 with a second date on Saturday 10th April 2021.
All existing tickets will be automatically reallocated into the same seats for the performance on Friday 9 April. If you are happy with this you do not need to do anything, your existing tickets will be valid for the concert.
If you would prefer to attend the performance on Saturday 10th April you will need to exchange your existing tickets. To do this please contact us by submitting a request.
We will attempt to exchange your tickets for seats in a similar position to your existing tickets but cannot guarantee this. Seats for the new date will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There will be no additional charge for this exchange.

How do I apply for a refund?
You will need to request a refund. If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded. The refund process can take up to 10 days. Once processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show on both your balance and statement.
If the credit card used to make this booking has changed, or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team and follow the instructions carefully. You do not need to contact us if your card remains valid.
If your original card has a new expiry date, you only need to provide the new expiry.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, please follow the instructions above to have your refund sent to your nominated bank account.
