Roundhouse Entertainment and Frontier Touring regret to advise that due to ongoing international travel restrictions and uncertainty surrounding national border closures because of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, they have taken the decision to cancel the SIMPLE MINDS’ 40 Years of Hits Tour dates in Auckland and Wellington, originally re-scheduled for December 2021.

How do I get my refund? 
In most cases, we will process refunds automatically to the credit card used to complete that transaction.

Automatic refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed to the card that was used to complete the transaction, once processed, please allow a further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statements.

Please do not contact us unless one of the following situations applies to you.

• The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
• The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
• You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS

Please note that only the account/credit cardholder can request direct debit refunds.
