Due to a Ticketmaster error, some Print-at-Home tickets may have printed without the Row or Seat Number on them. If you have been contacted by us either by email or SMS, below is some additional information that will help you on the night.
You will be sent new tickets with your Row and Seat number on the ticket accordingly. We will email a new set of tickets to you – please discard your old tickets and ensure that you bring the updated tickets with you on event night.
Should you have any issues with your tickets on event night, please go to the Box Office with your order number and photo ID for assistance. Please note that only the account holder will be able to do so, if you won’t be attending the show yourself, please contact us here to have another person authorised to collect your tickets on your behalf.
