Thursday, 11th February 2021: Wellington, The Opera House (previously Sunday, 18 Oct 2020)
Saturday, 27th February 2021: Auckland, Bruce Mason Centre (previously Wednesday, 14 Oct 2020)
Your current tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Presenter/Performer Statement:
Pacific Entertainment and the Quartet are disappointed to be postponing their October tour due to the impact and uncertainties caused by the resurgence of Covid-19 in the community and the re-imposition of restrictions on gatherings, and apologise for the inconvenience caused. It is hoped that you will understand and be prepared to hold onto your tickets until February.
What next?
If you can't make the new date and require a refund please contact our Customer Service Team here. If you do require a refund, we kindly ask that you submit your refund request before 30 September 2020.
When submitting your request, it's imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.

If the card used to make the purchase has changed, please make sure you select the correct option from the list and attach the right form.
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed you only need to provide the new expiry, to do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT Form.
Subject: (This is very important)
If you require a refund for all the tickets in your order please use the subject: Full Refund and the Event Name
If part of your group is still attending please use the subject: Partial Refund and the Event Name
Booking Reference:
You must supply your booking reference in this format 12-34567 (no other characters) if you have multiple orders please split these with a forward slash /
Event Name:
Select your Event Name from the drop down menu. If your Event Name is not there, select 'Other' and add your Event Name
Ticket Forward:
Please note that if you received tickets via Ticket Forward only the original purchaser/sender is to contact us as only they can receive a refund - if you are the receiver do not submit a request.
Select: 'Yes' if you are the Original Account holder and have forwarded tickets to another person
Select: 'No' If you did not use Ticket Forward.
Question:
If you are only refunding part of your order and you have used the subject “Partial Refund” please quote which seat/s you want cancelled and refunded.
