Due to delays in sea freight impacting production, the first Happy Place session will now be held on the at 12:00 pm, 23 April 2021.
If you received an email and/or SMS from us regarding your tickets, please follow the below instructions.
To exchange your current tickets to an alternative performance, please put your top three preferred dates & times to exchange to from 12:00 pm, 23 April onwards and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
In the event you cannot attend a new session date across the season, please submit a refund request.

When submitting your request, It's imperative that you follow the instructions below to ensure your request is actioned correctly.

- If the debit/credit card used to make the purchase has changed, please make sure you select the correct option from the list and attach the right form.
- If you have purchased your tickets with Cash or EFTPOS from a Ticketmaster Box Office/Outlet you will need to select "Other"
- If you wish to request an exchange, please select "Other"
Please note that if only the expiry date has changed, you only need to provide the new expiry. To do this select 'Only my Expiry Date has changed' and the date from the calendar. Use the last date of the month if your card does not have a specific expiry date. Do not fill out an EFT Form.
Subject: (This is very important)
If you require a refund for all the tickets in your order please use the subject: Full Refund - Happy Place
If part of your group is still attending please use the subject: Partial Refund - Happy Place
If require an exchange for an alternative performance, please use the subject: Exchange - Happy Place
You must supply your booking reference in this format 12-34567 (no other characters) if you have multiple orders please split these with a forward slash (/)

Please note that if you received tickets via Ticket Forward, only the original purchaser/sender is to contact us as only they can receive a refund - if you are the receiver do not submit a request.
Select: 'Yes' if you are the Original Account holder and have forwarded tickets to another person - please be sure to specify whether you would like a refund for any/all of the tickets that have been forwarded.
Select: 'No' If you did not use Ticket Forward.
If you would like a partial refund of your order and you have used the subject “Partial Refund - Happy Place” please specify HOW MANY tickets you wish to have cancelled and refunded.
