PLUS TWO MT SMART STADIUM CONCERTS HAVE CHANGED DATES
Read on to find out what you should do.
Sometimes the best-laid plans don't work out. Due to a scheduling conflict, Chugg Entertainment in assoc. with AEG Presents have told us that there are date changes to the Elton John – Farewell Yellow Brick Road concerts at Mt Smart Stadium on each Sunday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 11th.
These concerts have been rescheduled for the same days of the week, one week later, to Sunday 16th and Tuesday 18th February, respectively.
Plus! Elton has announced a THIRD show for Auckland’s Mt Smart on Thursday, February 20th.
Tickets for this concert will open for sale to the General Public on Wednesday, May 22nd at 9am from Ticketmaster.
If you scored tickets to one of the now rescheduled concerts and you’re able to make it to the new corresponding day, there’s no need to fret.
Your tickets are automatically valid for the new date and you don’t have to do a thing! Your tickets will commence delivery, as scheduled, from Friday, August 30th, printed with the new date. All you have to do is be available for a ‘rocketing’ good time!
Can’t make it? We’re sorry to hear that.
Let’s get you sorted before Friday 17th May. And at the very latest, before tickets start delivery from August 30th.
Read to the end of this information for tips on selecting the right options for you. A gentle reminder too, your credit card details may have changed since you purchased, so make sure your details are up-to-date.
If you purchased from one of our outlets, swing by again with the credit card you used and our team will be happy to assist.
Can’t make the rescheduled date, but want to attend one of Elton’s other New Zealand concerts?
You will still need to refund your originally purchased tickets and then re-buy into Elton’s new Auckland concert date, or any other Elton concert, when and if tickets become available.
There will be no ticket exchanges processed between different concert days.
Elton’s new and third Auckland concert at Mt Smart Stadium will go on General Public sale Wednesday 22nd May at 9am.
Your tickets cannot be exchanged into this concert. You must refund your originally purchased tickets and buy into this concert when it goes on sale.
And remember, importantly, only the CREDIT CARD HOLDER who purchased ticket(s), is authorised to seek the refund.
It is recommended all refund requests are lodged as soon as possible, from now! So get on it.
