The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that London Grammar at Spark Arena has been cancelled.
A message from the artist:
To all of our NZ fans,
We know that our postponement of recent live dates has been disappointing for you all. We are equally sad to have been unable to visit and perform our latest album down under. You all know that we consider Australia and New Zealand our second musical home, so its difficult to announce this further update.
We have decided not to reschedule these shows. Our priority is to focus on finishing a 4th album, and we are concerned that further touring and travelling commitments will delay the process. Instead we hope to visit you all once this next album is completed.
All three of us thank you for your understanding on this, and we also fully appreciate any disappointment you have about the cancellation. We miss you all, and hope the arrival of new music sometime soon will compensate.

How do I get my refund?
In most cases, we will process refunds automatically to the credit card used to complete the transaction.
Automatic refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed to the card that was used to complete the transaction. Once processed, it may take a further 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statements. Please allow up to 10 business days in total for the refund to appear on your statements.
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder for your refund.
If you purchased a Group Booking directly through our Specialised Ticketing Team, please click here to contact them directly regarding changes to your booking.
If you have made a booking using AfterPay, a refund of the total amount charged will be processed back to the card used with the AfterPay booking. For more information on AfterPay, please click here.
Please do not contact us unless one of the following situations applies to you:
- The credit card used to make the purchase has expired
- The credit card used to make the purchase has been cancelled or the number has changed
- You have purchased tickets from a Box Office or Outlet using Cash or EFTPOS*
Please note that only the original account/credit cardholder can request direct debit refunds.
