Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of the fans and crew members, we are no longer able to offer some of your package elements. Don’t worry, you still have your tickets to the show, and you will also still receive some items from the House Party Package, in addition to the items included in the package listed below. You will be receiving a partial refund of $210.00 for the value of the package elements that are no longer available.
You will still receive the below items that were part of the original House Party Package purchased in addition to the items listed below in the Dua Lipa Early Entry Package:

- Goodie bag including branded sweat bands and other exclusive merch items
DUA LIPA – EARLY ENTRY PACKAGE
- One (1) General Admission standing ticket to see Dua Lipa

- Early entry to the venue floor before standard ticket holders
- Commemorative VIP laminate and lanyard
- Designated VIP check-in and onsite staff
Actually, can I get a full refund on the VIP components instead?
Yes, simply submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving this email, and we’ll refund the full VIP uplift amount to your credit card (the difference between a normal ticket and the VIP package price). Your ticket will remain valid for the show.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm, Sunday 10 April 2022.
Only the original credit card holder will receive a refund via the method outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder for your refund.
