This event has been RESCHEDULED and has a new venue...
Due to the current challenge of international touring, Star Entertainment GmbH announces the rescheduling of Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit -The Concert at Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre on Thursday, 2 June 2022.
The new venue will be Great Hall, Auckland Town Hall and the new date will be Saturday, 13 May 2023.
A message from the promoter:
"We were going to offer you a very special night out with “Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit- The Concert” in May and June 2022 across Oceania.
You may not realise but we have international cast and crew coming in for the production, and this is to give you the best possible experience.
In any other time this would be usually without problem. The various different restrictions across the world are still having a huge impact on our full tours going ahead, and we can’t get the shows to happen as we would wish.
We all had great expectations for these shows that our team has been planning, but we need to postpone our concerts to 2023.
Star Entertainment is really sorry and would like to offer you the chance to hold your tickets for the rescheduled date on 13 May 2023 or obtain a refund.
The good news: for the new dates all our stars can travel again and be there for you for an amazing show!"
Please note your tickets for Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre will no longer be valid for the new show date. You will be issued with new tickets for the Great Hall concert as close as possible to the seats you purchased for the current show. These will be issued based on your selected delivery method. If you have selected Print-at-Home, your new tickets will be emailed to you a week prior to the event date. If you selected mail/courier or venue pick up, then tickets will be sent out.
Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps here. It is imperative that you follow the instructions to ensure your request is actioned correctly.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to 5pm Friday, 27 May 2022.
