My Ticketmaster pre-sales entitle eligible, pre-registered My Ticketmaster Members to purchase tickets prior to them becoming available to the general public.
To be eligible you must have signed up to become a My Ticketmaster Member on our website here at least 48 hours prior to the announcement of the presale and have selected to receive "Special Event Related Offers" and the applicable "Category of Interest" or "Performer Alert".
Once the presale is announced, an email will be sent with instructions on how to participate in the presale, which, in some cases may include a password. Please note this password is different to your log-in password and is unique to each presale.
