Ticketmaster endeavours to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, generally within 2 working days of your purchase being made. The expected delivery time for our different mailing options are as follows:
Post: 5-14 working days.
Couriered: 3-5 working days.
If your tickets do not arrive after this time, please contact us on 0800 111 999 with your order numbr and we will look into this for you.
For some events, the postage of tickets is delayed, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a large-scale delay of tickets, we will publish updated information through this service.
