To sell tickets with Hyperwallet our payment provider, the ticket seller must be 18 years or older.

- You will be asked to authenticate your account with a One Time Passcode.
- Select the tickets you want to sell and set your price.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Save and Continue.
- You will be directed to your Seller Details page. Follow the prompts to create and complete your seller profile with Hyperwallet, our payment provider. If you're using a bank account as your chosen payment method, make sure to include your suffix number.
- Select Save and Continue.
- Review your listing and you’re done.
If your tickets sell, Hyperwallet will deposit your payout to your selected method of payment, typically within 17 business days after your tickets have sold.
Listings are removed approximately four hours before an event takes place. Any unsold tickets will remain yours.
Why can’t I sell my tickets through my Ticketmaster Account?
There are a small number of tickets that can’t currently be resold on resale. If this is the case, you'll see a Resale Unavailable message instead of the Sell button.
If you don’t have the option to sell your tickets, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Events Organiser or artist hasn't activated resale.
- Your tickets are a part of a package (VIP, Hotel, Parking, Album or Merchandise)
- You purchased the tickets from resale.
- You received your tickets by ticket transfer.
- You booked tickets through one of our partner sites, such as Moshtix.
- If your tickets aren't digital tickets (Mobile or Print at home).
- The event is within 7 hours.
- You booked tickets over the telephone.
If your order includes accessible tickets contact Fan Support.
Can I sell my tickets if I live outside New Zealand?
Yes, you can sell your tickets with our payment provider Hyperwallet. You can nominate an International bank account or a PayPal account as your payment method.
If your tickets sell, you’ll be paid in the currency associated with your location by default. This can only be changed when you list your tickets for sale. Exchange rate fees may apply.
Why can’t I see my General Admission Resale tickets on the website?
Standing tickets, also known as General Admission (GA) Resale tickets, show as Best Available on our site.
You can sell your tickets using your personal link.
Find your tickets in Ticketmaster Account and select the Share Listing option on your listed ticket(s). You can share directly on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp or Email. Alternatively, you can copy the link and paste it anywhere you wish.
If your tickets sell, we'll email you and automatically reissue your tickets to the buyer and arrange payment, typically within 17 business days.
Hyperwallet can only process your payment once you’ve completed your Seller Details in your Ticketmaster Account. To check your seller details and payment method, head to the Seller Details page.
Please make sure these details are correct. If incorrect details are provided resulting in payment to the wrong account, we can’t reverse the payment.
