If an event is rescheduled or moved, we’ll let you know if your tickets are valid for the new date - you won’t need to do anything else. You can check your event’s status on our Event Status Updates page. If you’ve bought resale tickets for the rescheduled event, we’ll contact you with instructions on what to do next.
Refund policies are determined by the Event Organisers on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
