To update your bank details, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select Seller Details under the My Profile section.
- Click Edit in the Bank Account Details section. This will take you to Adyen, our payment provider for Resale.
- Enter your preferred bank details. If you’re unable to use Adyen or don’t have a New Zealand bank account, we can’t process your payment.
Your name and address must match the details associated with your bank account or the payment won't go through.
