If you haven't received your tickets, please submit a request through our Help Centre to change your ticket delivery method, if applicable.
You can also collect your tickets by visiting the venue Box Office which opens one hour prior to the event.
You’ll need the following items to collect your tickets:
- Photo ID. Only the account holder is authorised for Venue Pick Up unless you have made previous arrangements.
- Order number.
- The credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 111 999, available Monday - Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm NZST/NZDT. If it's outside of our operating hours, please submit a request or visit the venue Box Office.
