Please call us on 0800 111 999 to arrange Venue Pick Up or Print-At-Home tickets, if applicable. If it's outside of call centre hours (9 am - 9 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am - 5 pm weekends/public holidays) go to the Box Office with your order number, photo ID and credit card used for purchase to collect your tickets. Bear in mind that only the account holder is authorised for Venue Pick Up unless you have made previous arrangements.
