To update your email address, password, your billing address and more, go to the My Profile section in your My Account.
If you change your billing address, all future bookings will be sent to that new address. If you already have a booking, contact Fan Support.
To update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Under the My Profile section, click Billing Information on Ticketmaster.co.nz (desktop/mobile web) or tap Payment Options on the Ticketmaster app.
- Select Add New Card and enter preferred payment details.
It's worth noting that when updating your payment details, this will only affect future bookings. If you've booked tickets on a deposit scheme and your payment fails, you won’t be able to update your card details in your online account or via the app. We'll contact you with the next steps to try and take payment again.
