You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets which will confirm the details of your booking. Your payment to us will also appear on your card statement as pending charges after the booking has been processed.
However, if you cannot find confirmation of your booking through these avenues, you are able to confirm your booking by following these steps:
1. Sign into your MyTicketmaster account.
2. If you have booked online, your order will appear here. Click "print receipt" to see your order details.
3. If you have purchased via telephone or your order does not appear, scroll down to "search for phone and online orders", enter the phone number you used to call and make the booking or your credit card number, and search.
