It can take up to 24 hours for any purchase to show in your online order history. Furthermore, purchases made either via our call centre or at a Ticketmaster Outlet will not appear in your online order history. However, you can view all recent orders made on your credit by following these instructions:
1. Log into your MyTicketmaster account
2. Click the "Order History" link located under the "My Account" heading under the "Search for Phone or Online Orders" heading
3. Enter the requested details and click submit
This will display a list of bookings with the relevant credit card and phone number. Click on the Order Number and the details of the booking will be displayed. For further enquiries, please contact the call centre on 0800 111 999 or click Submit a request.
