If you’re receiving an error message when you try to print your tickets, there may be a few reasons:
- There may be a delay for the ticket delivery on your event. For a list of the events currently on delay, visit our Delivery information by event page.
- You need a verification code. Check your email for a message from noreply@security.ticketmaster.co.nz. It will have a 4-digit code that expires within 24 hours of issue.
- Your Adobe Reader is out of date. You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
