If you’re trying to print your tickets and are receiving an error message, there may be a printing delay on all tickets for your event.
If you are being asked to input a verification code, please check the inbox of the email address used for your MyTicketmaster account, including any junk, spam, deleted items or clutter folders. Your code will be a 4-digit code emailed from noreply@security.ticketmaster.co.nz – please note that it is not your order confirmation number. This code will expire within 24 hours of issue.
Also check if your Adobe Reader is up-to-date – you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher (available free).
