If you haven't received your tickets by either courier, post or email, please contact us by calling 09 970 9700 or by clicking Submit a Request. Please remember to include your order number.
We may be able to email your tickets to you, depending on the type of tickets you have. Please note that this is not always possible - it depends on the event and type of tickets you have as there are sometimes restrictions on either the event or what ticket type you have purchased.
If your tickets had been attempted to be posted or emailed to you, please note that the policy in this situation is to cancel and resissue the barcodes, which means that the initial set of tickets will no longer be valid for entry. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that you have the most recently re-issued tickets to be scanned upon entry. For this reason, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders to confirm you have not received your tickets before making multiple requests.
Should you run into any issues at the venue, the account holder or an authorised person, will need to go to the Box Office with the order number and a valid photo ID for assistance.
