If you’ve received an email to reset your password that you didn’t request, please follow the steps below to secure your account:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster account from our homepage
- Edit your password by selecting Contact Details, in the My Profile section
- Remove any stored billing/card info.
- Change your email address to an alternative one, if you can.
