You can access your tickets for events at Spark Arena through their app! Download the Spark Arena app through the App store or Google Play. We recommend creating an account using the same details as your Ticketmaster Account.
If you're unable to use the Spark Arena app, you can still access your tickets through the Ticketmaster App or website.
How do I access my ticket?
We’ll notify you by email when your tickets are available in the Spark Arena app. To access your tickets, follow these steps:
- Once you've received an email that your tickets are ready, open the Spark Arena app.
- Create an account or sign in to a pre-existing account using the same Ticketmaster Account credentials that you purchased with.
- Select My Tickets and find your order.
- You'll be able to view your ticket and ticket details. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!
How do I add my ticket to my mobile wallet?
If you're using Apple Wallet, visit our help page for more information. If you're using Google Wallet, visit our help page for more information.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
If you purchased tickets prior to the week before the event, the tickets should be available no later than 48 hours before the event date. Otherwise, tickets will be available up to 24 hours before the event. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within 48 hours, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Transfer
How do I transfer tickets?
When you transfer tickets to another fan and they accept them, the recipient is issued a new barcode that only they can use. The tickets in the sender’s account will no longer be valid for entry.
To transfer your tickets, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Spark Arena app account.
- Find your order in My Tickets.
- Select Transfer to see if your order is eligible for transfer.
- You'll receive a text with a one-time code to verify your identity. Type in the code and select Confirm. If you did not receive your code, visit our help page to learn more.
- Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and select Transfer To.
- Enter your recipient's contact information. Transfer is available through email or SMS.
- Select Transfer Ticket.
Your transferred tickets will show in your account as sent. Once the recipient has accepted them, you’ll receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted. After a successful Ticket Transfer, the ticket in your account is no longer valid for event entry.
How do I know if the tickets have been accepted?
Once you send a ticket, you’ll see either:
- Waiting to accept or Sent, which means your friends have not accepted the transferred tickets yet. Remind them to check their email or text messages for the transfer invite.
- Accepted by or Claimed, which means the transfer has been successful.
How do I accept transferred tickets?
-
- Tap the Sign in link in your text messages.
- Sign in or create a new account in the Spark Arena app. We recommend using the same email address associated with your Ticketmaster Account.
- View your tickets by going to My Tickets.
-
- Click the Accept Tickets link in your email.
- Sign in or create a new account in the Spark Arena app. Make sure you use the same email address for your account that the tickets were sent to.
- To view your tickets, select View Tickets.
Once you accept the ticket, the sender receives a notification letting them know the Ticket Transfer has been successful.
For your own security, it’s a good idea to know and trust the person transferring tickets to you.
How do I cancel a ticket transfer?
Only the sender can cancel a ticket transfer. If your Ticket Transfer hasn’t been accepted by your recipient yet, you can cancel the transfer by following these steps:
- Sign in to your Spark Arena app account.
- Find your order in My Tickets.
- Select Cancel Transfer.
- Confirm you want to cancel the transfer by selecting Yes.
- Your ticket will be returned to your account.
Once you’ve cancelled a transfer, you can re-transfer the ticket to someone else or keep it for yourself.

Why can’t I sell my tickets through the Spark Arena app?
There are a small number of tickets that can’t currently be resold on resale. If this is the case, you'll see a Resale Unavailable message instead of the Sell button.
If you don’t have the option to sell your tickets, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Events Organiser or artist hasn't activated resale.
- Your tickets are a part of a package (VIP, Hotel, Parking, Album or Merchandise)
- You purchased the tickets from resale.
- You received your tickets by ticket transfer.
- You booked tickets through one of our partner sites, such as Moshtix.
- If your tickets aren't digital tickets (Mobile or Print at home).
- The event is within 7 hours.
- You booked tickets over the telephone.
If your order includes accessible tickets contact Fan Support.
