Electric Avenue Presale
The Electric Avenue Presale begins on Thursday, 9th April 2026 at 8:00 am NZDT, and finishes on [day, month, time] 2026.
You can purchase up to six tickets during this Presale.
How do I access the Electric Avenue Presale?
To access this Presale complete the Presale Registration before Sunday, 5th April 2026 at 11:59 pm NZDT. Fans who register will receive an email before the Presale.
You must use the email address associated with your Ticketmaster Account to register. If it doesn't match, you won't be able to join the queue. If you don't have a Ticketmaster Account, create one before registering.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Electric Avenue as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 111 999, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm NZDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Buy Now Pay Later options
Ticketmaster partners with Afterpay and PayPal to offer Buy Now Pay Later options to fans. To use these options, you must have an account with the relevant payment provider. Please ensure you have your account set up prior to entering the queue to purchase tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. For more information, visit our help articles for adding tickets to your Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
