For some events, the Event Organiser will put a lead booker policy in place which requires that the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets, also known as the lead booker, will need to attend the event in person. When an event requires the lead booker, we’ll make it clear during the booking process.
What do I need to get in as the lead booker?
To gain admission, the lead booker must at any point be able to provide each of the items below:
- The digital or physical ticket.
- The booking confirmation.
- A valid photo ID matching the fan name on the order confirmation and the card used for purchase.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order details will be available in your Ticketmaster Account by checking your order history. Visit our help page, How do I find my receipt or order confirmation number? for step-by-step instructions.
Can I change the name on the order?
We’re unable to change the name on your order once the purchase process has been completed.
Can I transfer or resell the tickets?
For some events, at the discretion of the Event Organiser Ticket Transfer or Resale may be permitted. If this is the case, the Transfer or Sell button will appear on your order in your Ticketmaster Account. For more information on Ticket Transfer or Resale, visit our help pages, How do I sell tickets? or How do I transfer tickets?
