To access this Presale, you must use the code provided by Spotify.
The ticket limit for all Presales is six. Companion tickets are included within the total ticket limit. Ticket availability may differ between Presales.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Electric Avenue as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 0800 111 999, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm NZST. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. For more information, visit our help articles for adding tickets to your Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Transferring or selling your tickets
Ticket Transfer will be made available for this event. For step by step instructions, visit our help page.
Secure Tickets originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Secure Tickets will not apply to transferred tickets.
